Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • The item should not be damaged, washed, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance or discounted sale items (if marked non-returnable).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method.

  • COD orders → Refund via bank transfer / UPI (details required).


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be chargeable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
